HOW DOes it all work?

The Content Strategy Session PROCESS

Here’s how we make it all happen…

  • Simply select the date that works for you and pay the invoice - then we’re in business!

  • As soon as your booked date is confirmed, you will receive a questionnaire. You must complete and return the questionnaire to us a minimum of one week before your Content Strategy Session date.

    If you don’t complete and return the questionnaire, we’ll be unable to do the work and will need to re-schedule the date. A rescheduling fee applies.

  • Upload your word documents for review a minimum of one week before your Content Strategy Session date.

    Don’t skimp on this step! If you don’t give us what we need - we can’t start.

    It sometimes takes people 2 weeks to get all their collateral together, so consider this when booking in your Content Strategy Session date.

  • We get to work reviewing all your content.

    Then we create your content calendar, pillars, and write a report on our findings ready for our 1-hour Strategy Session.

  • After we’ve had our Strategy Session you take big, strong action and put all the suggestions in place in your business.

  • No. Our copywriting packages are for copywriting only.

    Want us to source images for you? Fantastic!

    We have image-sourcing packages you can choose from as add-on services.

  • Before we start writing your website copy we have a creative brief call to discuss your project and any deliverables we need from you.

    Then you simply give us the information we need.

    Please note, we can’t start your project until we have everything from you.

  • At least two weeks’ notice is required to book your copywriting date.

    Please contact us to enquire about availability.

  • You have 2 revisions included.

    Extra revisions are at an additional cost.

  • Amazing! Book your free consultation via this link and we’ll chat about your website copywriting and the process

  • We’ll have an in-depth creative brief meeting via zoom before we start your project.

    Then all communication will be via email and our project management tool. (eg; Trello or Asana)

  • All packages are paid in advance.

    You pay a 50% deposit to book your project date. Then the final 50% is due 1 week prior to your project date.

    You can pay with your credit card (via Stripe) or via Direct Bank Deposit.

    Both options are on your invoice. There are no refunds for any payments.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to commence work until payment is received in full.
