Before we start writing your website copy we have a creative brief call to discuss your project and any deliverables we need from you.
Then you simply give us the information we need.
Please note, we can’t start your project until we have everything from you.

At least two weeks’ notice is required to book your copywriting date.

You have 2 revisions included.
Extra revisions are at an additional cost.

We’ll have an in-depth creative brief meeting via zoom before we start your project.
Then all communication will be via email and our project management tool. (eg; Trello or Asana)

All packages are paid in advance.
You pay a 50% deposit to book your project date. Then the final 50% is due 1 week prior to your project date.
You can pay with your credit card (via Stripe) or via Direct Bank Deposit.
Both options are on your invoice. There are no refunds for any payments.
Unfortunately, we are unable to commence work until payment is received in full.
