HOW the website vip design day works…
The PROCESS
We’re passionate about creating bespoke, customised websites that sing to the heart and soul of your business and entice the right people to do business with you.
Here’s how we make it all happen…

We give you a list of everything we need from you for your project so we’re ready to go on your VIP Design Day. You need to provide ALL colours, fonts, logos, images for every page, and content (writing) for every page, plus access to link up all your socials and email marketing.
This is super important! We need everything one week prior to your booked design date.
If you don’t provide all required items by the due date, your VIP Design Day will be cancelled and rebooked at another date according to our availability AFTER you’ve provided the required information. A re-booking fee of $500 applies.

3 days before your VIP Design Day, we have a zoom call to review your homework and discuss the design in detail.
We’ll also discuss the expectations and flow of the day. Remember, you’ll need to keep the day free for check-ins and reviews.

We’ll send you a quick message to let you know we’re starting and then get to work!
You’ll have one day of our undivided attention for your website build.
Remember, you’ll need to block the day in your calendar and be available for check-ins and reviews.

At the end of your VIP Design Day, we hand over your new site and send you a video training session on how to make simple changes on your own.
You also have one week of email support if you have any questions about your brilliant new Squarespace website.

No. Our Squarespace web design packages are for the website only.
You provide all the writing copy (for each page), all images, and graphics.
Want us to write your copy and source the images for you? Fantastic!
We have a range of copywriting and image sourcing packages you can choose from as add-on services.

Once you have provided us with everything we need to build your website, there is a three to four week turnaround time, depending on your chosen package.
Please remember, that this includes your reviews and feedback. So if you delay in providing your feedback, it will delay the launch date.

Before we start on your website, you will need to complete the Website Questionnaire, and upload all the images, copy, and graphics for your website into the the shared Google Drive..
(We create your own Google Drive Folder for you to save everything into.)
All content is required at least 1 week before we start working on your website.
Please note, it takes most people about two weeks to complete, so please consider this when choosing your design date.

Our Squarespace web design bookings are limited and book up very quickly.
At least two weeks’ notice is required to book your design date.

You have 2 revisions included.
Extra revisions are at an additional cost.

We’ll have an in-depth creative brief meeting via zoom before we start your project.
Then all communication will be via email and our project management tool. (eg; Trello or Asana)

All packages are paid in advance.
You pay a 50% deposit to book your Design Date. Then the final 50% 1 week prior to your Design Date.
You can pay with your credit card (via Stripe) or via Direct Bank Deposit.
Both options are on your invoice. There are no refunds for any payments.
Unfortunately, we are unable to commence work until payment is received in full.
